1. Can I change the delivery address?

Yes – Prior to Shipment.

Please note that changing the shipping location after order placement will cause delays on your shipment. It is important that you let us know of an address change as soon as possible after your order is placed, as we cannot reroute a package once it has left our facility.

If the item has left one of our facilities, you can certainly give FedEx Customer Service a call and provide them with the tracking information to assist in having the package held at a nearby FedEx pickup location.


2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship 1 to 2 weeks after the order is fully processed.

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays, nor can they be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Please contact us at shop@revolutionmagazines.com if you would like to delay the shipment if there is no one to pick it up at your shipping address.


3. How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your watch ships, we’ll also send you tracking details via email. Due to the value of the package, an adult signature is required for all packages upon delivery.


4. Do I have to pay to return my order?

There is currently no return shipping charge for orders. REVOLUTION must receive the returned merchandise in unused condition at our facility within seven days after a return label has been generated.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@revolutionmagazines.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Do you ship internationally?

REVOLUTION fulfils and ship orders around the world, with the exception of China, Russia and India.

What about duties and customs fees?

REVOLUTION is required to declare the retail value of the timepiece(s) or item(s) in the shipment. International shipments are subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country, and any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be reminded that we are unable to ship items to China, Russia and India.


6. Where can I get my invoice for my purchase?

Once your purchase is made, you will receive the invoice via email.

Please reach out to us at shop@revolutionmagazines.com to request for your invoice should you have any issues.


7. Can I self-collect my watch at your office?

Yes, please input our address upon checking out:
5 Jalan Kilang, #04-01, The Mill, Singapore 159405. Please note that handling fees will still apply for the original purchase.


8. How can I request for a refund/return? How long do I have to wait to receive the funds?

To request for a refund, please write to us at shop@revolutionmagazines.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number. The item needs to be in unworn/unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

If the item has not been shipped, your refund will be within 10 business days.

If the item has been shipped, it will be 10 business days after we receive the complete item in unused condition. Do note that shipping costs will are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.


9. I am an international buyer. Does your price include VAT?

Our recommended selling prices exclude VAT. International customers will be responsible for any customs charges, as well as any associated import taxes, VAT, or duties upon delivery.
