Following up from the incredible success of our first collaboration with the critically acclaimed Fleurier-based brand, we are back with our second act, the Parmigiani Fleurier x Revolution Tonda PF Micro-Rotor "Purple Reign". This time, we’ve managed to take the richly detailed dial of the Tonda PF and wrap it in a subtle, sophistiacted purple that spells quiet luxury. The dial shifts chameleon-like in color according to the light, from a gray-inflected claret to a deep ruby hue, expressing brand CEO Guido Terreni’s mastery of chromatic expression. Of course, while the dial is stealth luxe, the rest of the watch lives up to its glory, The 40mm steel case seamlessly flows into the steel bracelet, and thanks to the micro-rotor equipped PF caliber, it’s slender on the wrist, and probably the most perfectly proportioned, ergonomic and subtle, yet resplendently detailed integrated bracelet watch in existence today.

It’s hard to resist the draw of the purple dial of this watch, realised in a soft, delicate hue that draws you into the design details, like the incredibly fine grain d’orge guilloché pattern, which looks positively radiant under the right light.

An Integrated Silhouette

While the Tonda PF taps into our seemingly insatiable appetite for sporty watches with integrated bracelets, the design has its own clear identity and genesis. The 40mm steel-cased watch boasts distinctive, deco-inspired lugs that swoop into the tapering bracelet for a perfectly integrated design.

Platinum Bezel

If you find yourself drawn to the dazzling reflections and heavy lustre of the bezel, it’s with good reason. While the rest of the case is made from satin-polished stainless steel, the finely knurled bezel is made from precious platinum.

Slender Where It Counts

The micro-rotor-powered caliber PF703 isn’t just a finely finished 3Hz movement, it’s incredibly slim at only 3.07mm thick. In turn, this thin movement means that the overall height of the watch is only 7.8mm.
